Our Team
Rachel is the founding Director of RMT Legal. Rachel brings over 11 years' experience in conveyancing, commercial litigation, debt recovery, credit management, bankruptcy and insolvency and property.
Rachel graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Southern Queensland, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Queensland University of Technology and has been admitted to practice law in Queensland, as well as the High Court of Australia.
Rachel has appeared and instructed counsel in matters in the Magistrates, District, Supreme and Federal Courts. Rachel has also expanded her knowledge and experience by representing clients in the Magistrates and District Court of Western Australia, the Local Court of New South Wales and the Magistrates and District Court of Victoria.
Rachel is committed to providing clear communication and practical solutions to ensure that clients are always informed and confident in the legal process. Her expertise in conveyancing ensures that every detail is managed, from contract review to settlement, making the process seamless and stress free for buyers and sellers.
In her personal time, Rachel enjoys spending quality time with her family and has a deep love for cats and dogs. Whether its relaxing with a loved one or caring for her pets, she values the balance of family life and the joy that animals bring.
